01. What Joon Is

Joon is a platform designed to help hosts and creators organize, manage, and coordinate logistics for in-person and online experiences, workshops, and gatherings.

02. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Joon. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

03. User Content & Host Responsibilities

• Content Ownership: You retain ownership of content you post (experience descriptions, screening questions, host profiles). By posting, you grant Joon a limited non-exclusive license to display and distribute the content within the service.
• Host Conduct: Hosts are solely responsible for conducting their events safely, honoring listed details, and respecting attendee privacy.

04. Payments, Tickets & Refunds (Dodo Payments)

All paid ticket purchases, payment claims, and checkout processing on Joon are facilitated by our merchant of record partner, Dodo Payments.

• Payment Authorization: By completing a ticket order, you authorize Dodo Payments to charge your designated payment method for the total experience price.
• Refund Policy & Cancellations:Refunds for cancelled experiences or denied applications are handled in accordance with the host's listed refund policy and processed back to your original payment method via Dodo Payments.

05. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Joon to engage in unlawful behavior, harassment, spamming, fraud, or unauthorized access to platform resources. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating community guidelines.

Joon is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, event cancellations, or third-party interactions arising from the use of our service.
