Once approved as a host, creating a gathering takes less than 2 minutes. Head to /create, set your format (Supper Club, Philosophy Salon, Rooftop Yoga, Founder Table, Virtual Masterclass, etc.), choose your capacity (e.g. 8–25 guests), set your pricing (Free or Ticketed in ₹), and configure access:

• By Application: Guests submit their bio and answer up to 5 custom screening questions. You approve who gets invited to purchase.
• Private Invite Code: Joon generates a private code (e.g. K7M9P2) that attendees must enter to unlock the checkout.
• Open Access: Anyone with your private link can purchase until seats are filled.

All ticket sales on Joon are final and non-refundable.

High-signal gatherings require upfront host commitments — booking private dining tables, purchasing workshop materials, preparing food & beverages, and curating balanced rooms. Non-refundable tickets prevent last-minute flake-outs and guarantee the host's financial protection.

Attendees do not have a self-service cancel button in the UI. If you cannot attend, you may reach out to the host directly; hosts can open an extra seat for someone else if they choose.

Joon takes a flat 9.9% platform fee on paid tickets. You take home 90.1% net. Unlike other platforms, there are zero surprise convenience fees or gateway surcharges tacked on.

After absorbing gateway charges, statutory GST, banking transfer fees, and 48h escrow maintenance, Joon retains a lean ~6% margin to support servers, engineering, and continuous platform development.
